How long is your guided e-bike tour of Saguaro National Park East?

Each tour is 2.5 hours and covered approximately 8 miles through the park.

Where do your tours depart?

We meet at the Saguaro Corners Restaurant & Bar (3750 S Old Spanish Trail, Tucson, AZ 85730). Look for the signs in the parking lot to locate our kiosk.

When should we arrive for our tour?

We ask all riders to please arrive to your tour 20-30 minutes prior to your departure. We go over important safety information and want everyone to be up to speed (literally!) prior to starting the tour. Any questions you may have about operating your e-bike can be asked at this time.

What is provided on our tour?

Tucson E-Bike Adventures provides an e-bike, helmet, and guide for your tour. Entrance to the park is also included in your tour purchase.

What do you suggest riders bring for their tour?

We encourage all riders to bring their own water bottle, comfortable riding clothes for the weather, and appropriate shoes for bike riding/flat shoes (closed-toe is recommended). Sunscreen is also a great idea!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your tour please do so 24 hours prior to departure of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Any tour that is not canceled within the 24 hour window will not be issued a refund.

Can children ride on the tour?

The minimum age for all riders is 16 years old. At this time we do not have the ability to have children ride with their parents on the bike using a children’s seat.

Do you have to be an experienced rider to participate? What is the physical demand of your tour?

This tour is not for beginner riders or people who have not been on a bike in several (10+) years. Our e-bikes are easy to ride and in most cases, our tour is a customer’s first time on an e-bike. There are inherent challenges in e-biking safely (balance, speed/break control, situational awareness, etc.) Even on an e-bike, our tour does require some physical fitness. Our bikes are heavier than regular pedal bikes, so we ask all riders be in moderate physical shape. Due to the model of e-bikes we utilize, all riders must be under 260 lbs. and 6' 5" tall. Those who do not fit these criteria will not safely fit on our e-bikes.

If you have concerns about the physical demand of our tour or just want clarification we ask you give us a call at (520)260-4383. Our meeting location does have an area where you can practice on your bike prior to tour departure.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If we notice that there is going to be inclimate weather, we will do our best to reschedule your tour. If that cannot happen we will issue a full refund if we have to cancel the tour due to weather.

Can I use my National Park Pass?

For logistical purposes we do not issue discounts for riders who own a National Park Pass. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Did your company previously go by another name?

Yes! We used to operate under the name “Pedego Electric Bikes Tucson”! We offer the same stellar e-bike tour of Saguaro National Park East, just with a new name.
